About Our Church Programs

Our church family sponsors several events and programs through out the year.  This includes our Apple Festival held in October, our Christmas Fair and Cookie walk in December, our Youth Pancake Breakfast in January, and our Knit n' Knibble through out the year.

January

  • The Youth Choir goes to work every January to prepare the Annual Youth Choir Pancake Breakfast for the community.  Pancakes abound, accompanied by juices, sausage, bacon and other goodies.  Watch for our January calendar for the date and time.

February

  • Community Dinner held the last Sunday in February.  Our church participates with other churches in New Paltz to host monthly Community Dinners.  Members of our congregation plan and cook these meals.

March

April

May

  • Mother's Day Tea is held on Saturday of Mother's Day weekend in the Fireside room.  The congregation brings in their tea pots and quilts for display. The community is invited to bring their Mothers, daughters, grandmothers to share in a cup of tea and homemade cookies.

October

  • Our Apple Festival is held the 1st Saturday in October and features our famous homemade Apple and pumpkin pies and the Junior Choir Apple Fritters, food, drink and games.  It's a great way for our church family and community to spend time together in Fellowship.
December
  • Our Christmas Fair is held the 1st weekend in December and features handmade ornaments,  fresh green arrangements, wreaths, knitted items, baked goods, grandma's attic items and a special lunch .
  • Our Cookie Walk, sponsored by our church choirs, is held the 2nd/3rd Sunday of December and features homemade cookies lovingly prepared by our choir members.
